What are the check-in and check-out times?
A: We look forward to seeing you at the reception for the check-in procedure starting at 2:00 p.m. Check-out is at 12:00 p.m. at the latest.
Can I request an early check-in or a late check-out?
Yes, we offer our guests the option of early check-in or late check-out, but please note that this service depends solely on the availability of rooms on that day. [Optional: An additional fee may be charged for this service.]
What is the cancellation policy for reservations?
Our standard policy allows free cancellation of the reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date. In case of late cancellations or no-shows, a penalty of the first night's accommodation will be charged. We recommend that you check the specific conditions of the tariff package chosen at the time of booking.

Where is the hotel located?
You can find us in Timisoara, on Strada Lorena no. 1. We enjoy an excellent location, 1.5 km from the city center, in the immediate vicinity of Zürich Park and the attractions of Aquapark Amazonia, and a perfect area for relaxation.
Do you have your own parking? Is it free?
Our guests have access to free public parking in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. As it is a public space, spaces are occupied on a first-come, first-served basis, which is why we cannot guarantee or reserve a parking space in advance.
How can I get to the hotel from Timișoara "Traian Vuia" International Airport?
The fastest and most comfortable option is to use our private transfer service. For details on costs and to schedule your transfer, please contact the reception in advance. Alternatively, you can use taxi, ride-sharing (Uber/Bolt) or public transportation available at the airport.

Yes, we are a pet-friendly location and we welcome you with your pets! An additional fee of 70 lei / pet applies for their stay. A great advantage for our guests traveling with their non-talking friends is that in the immediate vicinity of the hotel there is a playground specially designed for dogs.
Is the hotel suitable for families with children?
Absolutely! Families with children are always welcome at our hotel. Our location is ideal for little ones, as the Zurich Park, located right next to the hotel, has modern and safe playgrounds, perfect for exercise and outdoor activities.

Yes, we offer free high-speed Wi-Fi in all rooms and public areas of the hotel. The connection details (network and password) are available in each room and can also be requested at the reception.
What amenities are included in the room?
To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, all our rooms are equipped with modern amenities, including: air conditioning, flat-screen TV, hairdryer and free toiletries.
Does the hotel have a spa area, fitness room or swimming pool?
Although we do not have our own spa or pool area, the immediate proximity to Aquapark Amazonia gives you easy access to the most modern relaxation and wellness facilities in the city. The reception staff is at your disposal with recommendations and directions.
